How To Create A Hidden User Account Step 1: Open Registry Editor Goto start>run and type "regedit" (without quotation marks) Step 2: Goto this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList *NOTE*- you may have to create some keys after winlogon, just name them as you see them above Step 3: Right click and make a new DWORD value Create a new DWORD value and call it the name of the account that you would like to hide Step 4: DWORD Value To hide the account set the value to 0, to show it set it to 1 After a system reboot the changes should take effect and the account should be hidden!
